Returns
Due to COVID-19 we do not offer refunds, once your order is placed we cannot issue any refunds. As all order are considered final sale. This will include any and all sale items.
In the event you received a defective product as a result of Her Vision Works you order you will be eligible for a exchange or refund.
However, if your order was received and the package appeared to be damaged as a result of missed handling by the shipping company please reach out to the shipping service provider and put in a claim for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable) Exchanges can be completed within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original package.The exchange item must be of the same design and color in order to be eligible for exchange. Can exchange in size ONLY.

Please email hervisionworks@gmail.com for exchange. In the subject field please include your order number and your last name. (ex. Order#1234, Hope)
In the body of the email please indicate which item you are return. Please describe (ex. GOD+FATIH, white shirt size small wold like to change for a medium.
Please allow 1-3 business days for reply.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
